Indiana State Fairgrounds covering a concert of the Gin Blossoms and the Goo Goo Dolls. The Gin Blossoms were headlining, but they were complete jerks with the media. The Goo Goo Dolls were the exact opposite. Here's a hint: Never fire the guy who writes your only hit song. This has to be sometime in 1996. For some reason they weren't selling beer at the show, even though I think you could get beer in the fairgrounds. It just didn't seem fair to have to listen sober to reformed alcoholics sing songs written by now-dead alcoholics who were fired for not being able to stop drinking.
